We had a great Christmas with most of our family joining us here in Taiwan.  David stayed in Florida with his girl friend’s family but we were able to video chat.  We also enjoyed having Roy, Elaine, and Annalise as Christmas guests.  Please browse our Christmas pictures.

After Christmas, we had a wonderful time helping at Home of God’s Love (ministry video).  It’s an orphanage run by long time acquaintances.  To get there we traveled through several tunnels on a new freeway, the longest being about 13 KM (8 miles).  After arriving at the orphanage we helped care for the twelve babies and spent time with the 30 older kids.  Dwight got to teach a Sunday school class for the high school boys.  Again you can view the pictures. 

Andrea, Stacie, and Daniel left on January 2nd.  They each enjoyed being bumped to a different flight 3 hours later.  By being bumped, they got to fly business class together to the US instead of splitting up in Japan.  We took the extra 3 hours to further enjoy each other’s company and tour the aviation museum.  God is good!
