Being sick on your birthday is no fun but we still had German Chocolate Cake compliments of our neighbor, Ronda.  Beckie has had bronchitis and a nasty cough that has been keeping her from getting a good night’s sleep.

Malia will be “enjoying” at least a week’s vacation from school.  We discovered on Monday, that she has Chicken Pox.  Fortunately it is a very mild case.  She had had one vaccination but missed getting a second before she caught it.
